Minutes

1. ChrisH is Nominated as President.
2. Strawb is nominated as the MC and will be controlling the Club Night. Strawb is to control the Running List on the night.
3. Dale to be Roley the Rodey to collect member details, send out newpaper articles and bulk emails.
4. Stig hands over documents and CD's to ChrisH.
5. Next Club night is on the 19th Feb at Springdale.
6. The Club night will be BYO. Chris will bring extra Beers incase people are not aware.
7. ChrisH to Book Springdale with the Council and approach Teeball and Junior Footy Clubs.
8. ChrisH to print tickets and send to Carol to do strings.
9. ChrisH will get the soft drink cans and chill them.
10. Carol will get a few Mrs Macs pies. If they sell like hot cakes - then we'll buy bulk.
11. Carol will make 2 doz hotdogs and get all the bits for that.
12. ChrisH will make some signs up. We'll flog the softies at $3, and make a couple of bucks on the pies. Hotdogs for $3.
13. Everyone brings eskies.
14. ChrisH to sort out Generic Tickets for future Meetings. Do a large run to save time and effort
15. Cross Park Gigs is comming up. ChrisH to Talk to Peta Turnbull and get acts together. 4 bands, 30min time.
16. Autumn Festival is coming up. ChrisH to get in touch with event organisers and sort out RMC gig.
